Optional New Exterior PVC Window Trim
If you have a lot of rotten wood trim around your windows, especially the window sills, we can do 1 of 2 things.
1.) Replace rotten wood with new wood then paint. This has cost for both new wood and for painting the wood trim.
2.) Replace the wood with White PVC trim. PVC trim costs more than wood but it never rots and does not need to be painted which eliminates painting cost. If you want a different color other than white, PVC trim can be painted.
We can give you a cost comparison for both options.
We Can Also Paint Your Interior Window Trim If Needed
Replacing windows usually requires some touch up painting of the interior window trim. If it has been a while since the window trim has been painted and you would like a fresh coat of paint to make the trim look as beautiful as your new windows, we can do that for you.

When Is It Better to Install Vinyl Siding?
Sometimes the current wood siding is too far gone.
20% or More Bad Wood.
If more than 20% of the wood siding on your home needs to be replaced. You will be paying for new siding + new paint.
Badly Aged Wood.
If the home has not been painted for decades and looks like this, new paint will NOT hold well on old dried out wood.
