Prices are for a double hung replacement window up to 3 feet wide and 5 feet high and includes the energy efficient glass package, sales tax, and standard installation. An estimator must confirm all install issues.

Mass Save Windows Program Has Changed

We have worked with the Mass Save window replacement program for 25+ years but the guidelines have changed to qualify for the Mass Save windows rebate and Heat Loan. In 2026, you must now install the most expensive triple triple pane windows, which cost $200 per window more than double pane, in order to qualify for a $75 per window rebate.

Because Mass Save requires you to buy the most expensive triple pane windows to qualify for the rebate, we do NOT think the Mass Save program for windows is a good option anymore. *** We recommend double pane windows.
