Question:  Who provides the Mass Save windows rebate?

Answer:  The rebate is issued by the utility service provider you have.  National Grid or Eversource Energy.

Question:  Who provides the Mass Save Heat Loan?

Answer:  If you qualify for the Mass Save Heat Loan, you will be provided with a list of banks that participate in the Mass Save program. It is a licensed bank that will provide the financing.

Question:  Who provides the installation of the windows and doors?

Answer:  We work with established licensed Massachusetts contractors to provide installation.  All of the contractors in the Bay State Window Experts hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and hold all required insurance.

Question:  Do I need to install triple pane windows?

Answer:  If you want to get the Mass Save rebate and Mass Save Heat loan - Yes, you must install triple pane windows.  However, if you don't qualify for Mass Save, most of our customers in 2026 choose double pane windows instead of triple pane.

Question:  If I decide to order the windows, how long before they can be installed?

Answer:  It will vary based on the time of year.  It could be anywhere from 8-10 weeks after ordering.

Question:  How long does the installation process take?

Answer:  It will depend on how many windows you have.  Most jobs under 20 windows can be installed in 1-2 days.

Question:  What brands of windows and doors do you install?

Answer:  Bay State Window Experts sells and installs Harvey Windows and Doors.  They are made her in Massachusetts and they are the #1 best selling brand because they have the best combination of quality and an affordable price.

Question:  Do you offer other home improvement services?
